This is Part 2 of the "Jazz Basics" videos.
By the end of this video you will understand about the different triplet partials and how they relate to the Jazz Ride Cymbal pattern.
You will also hopefully have an understanding of basic Jazz Ride independence with single triplet snare and bass drum placement. This will allow you to start to improvising and comping in the Jazz style.
The written notation for each example will be appearing at the bottom of the screen as I play.
