Website and Technical Help
Creating A User Account
A "User Account" consists of just a Username, a Password and a valid email address. That's it! It only takes a moment but it is important because you will need to be logged in to download your files after payment has been completed. Your new user name and password will be emailed to you directly after it's created.
You can create a user account by clicking on the "Create New Account" link at the top right of the screen just under the box labelled "User login". Alternatively, during the check out process when you pay for your items you will be prompted to either enter the email address of an already existing User Account or create a brand new one. If no details are entered then a username and password is automatically created for you and sent via email to your email address. Quick and easy!
Purchasing Your Products
Payment is made totally through Paypal. Once all billing information has been entered correctly you will be redirected to the Paypal website automatically.
You have two choices for payment. You can either login to Paypal using an existing Paypal account or select the option to pay via a debit/credit card without logging in. No Paypal account is required for this second option and both options are 100% safe and reliable. Nobody, including the owner of this website, has access to your card/account details. EVER!
Downloading Your Files
Once payment has been completed through Paypal you will receive an automated email containing links to your downloadable files. If you click on these links and you are not logged in then you will receive "Access Denied" message. You will need to login to actually download your files. Simply log into the website to continue.
Once you have either logged in using your already existing or recently created User Account, select the "My Account" menu option on the left of the screen and then the "Files" tab to view and access your downloadable files. Click on each item to start the download process. You will then be prompted to either open the file directly or to save the file to your hard drive. It is recommended that you select to save the file to your hard disk.
Viewing the PDF Files
In order to view the drum charts and help books available from this website you will need to download and install a free copy of Adobe Acrobat. Acrobat is a program which allows electronic documents to be viewed and shared easily and safely over the web. It's totally free and is the world wide no. 1 document viewer available on the web.
Simply click on the link here to be taken to the Adobe Reader download page. Press the "Download" button and follow the on screen instructions. The download and install takes just a couple of minutes and is 100% safe and reliable.
Once the install has completed you will be able to view all documents that end with the file extension ".pdf". Not only from this website but from any other website also!
