I’m still being asked to pay for individual drum lessons?
To access the members area you need to be logged into the website. You then hover your mouse over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu. You then click on the “MEMBERS AREA” link that appears beneath it. This is the Member’s Area and where you will find all of the videos, sheet music and ebooks.
What skill level is required before I can start these lessons?
No previous experience is required. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an experienced musician looking to improve – with 100s of songs (including over 100 beginner drum lessons) and new lessons every week, there’s something for everybody!
What styles of drumming do you teach in your lessons?
We feature many different styles of music, including Rock, Metal, Jazz and Pop!
Is DrumsTheWord available in my country?
Yes! DrumsTheWord is available worldwide, to anyone who has an internet connection.
Can I download the video lessons and sheet music?
Yes and no. The video lessons are streamed, but all sheet music can be viewed on the website or downloaded from inside the DrumsTheWord members area!
Is there any contract with DrumsTheWord?
No, you can cancel at any time to immediately stop any future payments.
How do I access the online members area?
Once your payment for a subscription has been accepted by the payment system – you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the members website and details on how you can login. Once you are logged into the website, simply hover your mouse over the “My Account” menu and then click on the “MEMBERS AREA” link that appears beneath it. This is the members area giving you access to all of the lessons, ebooks and charts.
Do the video lessons work on Windows/Mac?
Yes, the lessons are compatible with both Windows and Mac computers. They were also designed to be compatible with mobile devices like the iPad, iPhone, Android phones, and tablets.
How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your drum lessons. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply contact DrumsTheWord within 30 days of your purchase to close your account and get a full refund. No hassles.
Can I order drum lessons without using a credit card?
Yes! You can use any payment cards, including debit cards. You can also order using PayPal if you already have an account. If you would like to arrange alternative payment methods, please email us using the contact information on this website.
How do I change my password?
Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” menu and then on the “Account details” menu that follows on the next page. Then enter your current password and your choice of new password in the fields provided. Save the changes once complete.
Where do I find all of my downloads?
Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” menu and then on the “Downloads” menu that follows on the next page. Then click on any of the items listed you wish to download to your device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click on the “MY ACCOUNT” menu and then on the “My Subscriptions” menu that follows on the next page. Then click on the “Cancel” button” that appears beneath your subscription details. This will cancel all future payments.

Are you able to ship to my country? How much does it cost?
We ship to all major countries worldwide. Our flat-rate shipping costs are based on weight, starting at £3 to £5 for UK/Canada and £7 internationally.
How long does shipping normally take (Europe/International)?
Shipping times can vary, but are generally 7-14 business days.
What shipping methods do you use, and where do you ship from?
We ship using Royal Mail orders. Our offices are located in England, UK.
