In this free drum lesson, I want to teach you the main drum beats and fills from the song “Champagne Supernova” by Oasis featuring Alan White on drums.
This epic Oasis songs features some of Alan’s coolest drumming, pact to the rim with ghost notes, doubles and drags! I’ve given you the main drum beats and fills throughout the song including the military style marching beat at the end.
As always, practice these patterns slowly and work on getting the ghost notes to sound clean and soft before speeding up. Of course, if you find these too tricky you can always leave them out instead.
