In this free video drum lesson, I want to teach you how to play the song “Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me)” by Steve Harley & Cockney Rebels, featuring the drumming of Stuart Elliot.

Although the tempo is quite fast, this song is still really good for beginner drummers to have a go at. The drum beats are relatively simple and offer some cool variations. Whilst the fills are solid and basic. In this lesson I also show you how to simplify the drum parts even further.
