In this free video drum lesson we’re going to take a look at two of my favourite drum fills from the song “She Said, She Said” by The Beatles.
There’s little debate on whether Ringo Starr could play for the song or not, but did you know he was also capable of playing very beautiful and sophisticated drum fills as well? If not, then I hope to show you just how good Ringo really was!
The two drum fills involve great execution of both accents and ghost notes, as well as Ringo’s unique approach to playing around the tom toms. Check out the free video drum lesson below and I’ll show you what I mean.
