In this free Video Drum Lesson I show you how to play the bombastic chorus drum beat from the song “My Hero” by the Foo Fighters. Originally it was Dave Grohl that played drums on the single with Taylor Hawkins taking over drumming duties when performing it live.

This drum beat is sure to give you a fun bass drum challenge. The beat itself contains multiple bass drum strokes in a row creating a really cool sounding groove. Remember, if you’re finding this difficult to take your time and be patient. You will get there in the end!
