In this free video drum lesson, I want to show you how to play the drum beat and linear style fills that occur in the song “Take A Bow” by Muse.
Ever since I first heard this track I wanted to work out what Dominic Howard was playing for the main groove. I just loved the linear beat mixed with super smooth snare rolls!
In this drum lesson I’m going to show you the section that occurs around 2:41 into the song, including a simplified version to help if you’re really struggling with the original version…it’s certainly not easy, but a butt-load of fun!
