In this free video drum lesson, I want to teach you how to play the main parts from the song “Cocaine” by Eric Clapton featuring Jamie Oldaker on drums.

It’s really the main groove that I want to focus on in this lesson. It consists of a smooth flow of three notes on the hi-hat mixed with some ghost notes and slick bass drum. I’ve also included some of those amazing drum fills as well…despite them being very difficult to hear and decipher. I did my best though 🙂
